Nice quality shampoo, conditioner, lotions for use in bathroom, on a side street in busy Shinjuku region of Tokyo so quiet, never seen so numerous switches and dials located by the bed to adjust lighting

The reception is open 24 hrs a day and the employees look right after your key while you are out, so you can&'t loose it! There is free soft drink and tea in the hotel lobby. Our beds were made, our bins were emptied and our towels replaced daily. There was free wifi. The bathrooms were beautiful and really spacious. The employees were helpful and we could leave our baggage is storage even right after we checked out!

Situated within a well-hidden pocket of bustling Shinjuku, we found the neighborhood to be blissfully silent and down-to-earth. We were not sure how to find the hotel as we exited the train station, but a phone call was all it took for a friendly lady to walk over to fetch us. There are Izakayas scattered around the vicinity opening until wee hours inside the morning and household marts nearby, which meant that food was least of our concerns. Though small, the apartment that we stayed in for seven nights had almost everything we could ask for - kitchenette, microwave oven, even a washing machine!

We had a outstanding stay, everything was as described. It helps to mark the location inside the map you are using as it is on a side street and could be hard to locate if not knowing exactly where you are going. But the area is very good nightlife, the employees were outstanding despite a slight language barrier.

It was great value for money. Great locations near shinjuku station and tokyo gay district, but still quiet and peacfull. International television chanels.
