Great location. Lots of local stores around instead of massive shopping mall. Straightforward access by train or bus. Bathroom facilities are awesome! Toilet/shower/sink are separated, convenience for backpackers.

Staff were wonderful, friendly and could not be a lot more helpful. The location was fantastic and also the facilities were clean and fulfil every requirement. We stayed here for 3 nights during our week in Japan (Tokyo and Kyoto). It was by far our favorite hostel.

After staying here a year ago I was not expecting the staff that where there to remember my name let alone when they saw i was going snowboarding again gave me a snow report the day i left! I&'ve now stayed at this hostel 3 times. I wouldnt stay at any other hostels purely simply because of its location to the train lines, friendly staff, location location, safety and all over generally a great spot to stay at.
