Unfriendliness of staff. In accommodating to our requests. Cold character upon arrival. Each hostel we stayed in ither cities were better equipped, better located and more warm and friendly and willing to go above and beyond.

Hotel is nice and quite new, room are small (like every hotel in Japan) but comfortable. Good bed.

This hotel was a last minute booking, and was booked as there was no other options on offer. The reviews given online were not that great, but we were pleasantly surprised. The location was not bad, and also the hotel was very good value for money; it was very clean, had daily room service and we had a pleasing stay

The location was rather good, near or just at Osaka downtown. JR Osaka cn be reached on foot in 30 min, b ut thereare metro stations in max 10 minutes of walk. Rooms extremely very nice, extremely clean at the same time as the bathroom. The bed was over my expectations, bigger than necessary and extremely comfortable. Small fride and tea inside the room, with TV. Just like a hotel should be.
