This is a very nice guesthouse situated in a residential area, near to a river, about 20-30 mins walking from down-town Matsumoto and JR station. It has a very nice character and comfortable beds with great bathroom facilities. The staff is very friendly and offered me a glass of sake and some snacks during a chat. They also gave me a ride to the train station the day I left
