Mrs. Daiya was extremely nice and welcoming. You felt you were at her home because of her warmth. Nice Japanese atmosphere. This Ryokan is extremely near to Kyoto Station (if you go through the correct exit) and there are several temples and shrines near-by.

Location to Kyoto JR Station and Bus Station can not be beaten. Really 5 minutes away. Nonetheless value for money considering it&'s Kyoto.

The cooking area was extremely cute, and it was extremely close to the train station. And extremely quiet, no cost internet, comforting spot to stay.
