One of the finest hostels I stayed in. The facilities are fantastic but what really makes the place wonderful is the friendliness of the staff and especially Yoshi the owner, he is a true charterer, full of exciting stories and an excellent cook as well. Don&'t miss any of the dinners he cooks!

Almost every single day the guest as nicely as the staff met on the first floor to have dinner and talk in a extremely nice atmosphere. Also the staff would organise different events like camping trips to the nearby island.

Phenominal stay at superb price. Very best hostel environment I have experienced in 3 months of travel - the common areas and hostel events mean that you can not help but meet new people. Only regret not staying longer. {Personal recommendation: set up base camp here for 3 days, then do day trips to Hiroshima, Miyajima and Iwakuni}
