Excellent breakfast, best place for swimming AND for sightseeing in Venice, beautiful building.

Steps from the beach and some rooms have an ocean view. Breakfast room is lovely - breakfast more abundant than you usually see in Italian places: cheese and cold cuts, yogurt, juice and cereal also as pastries and coffee. Owners and desk clerks extremely kind and helpful. Hotel was quiet, private, and safe. The room was simple but very comfortable and clean, and the furnishings are quite new. Bed VERY comfy. They supply various add-ons like yoga classes, massage, etc in case you need to pay extra. It&'s on a noiseless component ofthe island on the ocean side so in case you want a calming location far from the city center and more of a local neigborhood, it&'s perfect. Shopping and cafes within walking distance. A nice area to take walks and just appreciate a pretty component of the town. Not a hostelling experience in the sense of meeting people, but I was there to &"get away&" so that was ok with me.
