It was air conditioned, warm and friendly staff, superb breakfast. It was a little way from the grand canal, piazza san marco and so on but it was from the hustle and bustle, which was good!

A fairly very good location, easy to find. Breakfast was good, room was serviced every single day, two of the Reception staff where really helpful, see below concerning the third. Resturant staff were warm and friendly and helpful.

Location next to a really noiseless waterway. Close to vaporetto stop. Breakfast buffet in the morning with selection of bread and danish, yoghurt, fresh fruit and for those that fancy it in the morning : spumante!
