Great location, quiet canal side building, beautiful eating places on the doorstep and really close to the train station. Wonderful base in which to explore the city and the directions provided on my booking confirmation exactly where accurate and really straightforward to follow. Had wifi!

The bed was super comfortable, and there was a lot of wardrobe space available. Right close to the hotel is a stunning restaurant, called Restaurant Ribot, where breakfast was served. Breakfast was just decent, not great, but we had dinner once at the same restaurant and it was quite wonderful.

The rooms were nice, all the little extras were surprising. Breakfast was outstanding considering is no cost and nice to sit inside the restaurant for it. It would be the top out of 5 hostels we stayed at in Italy. Close to the train station SMN and only had to go iver 1 large bridge with suitcases and 5 mins tops with out luggage.

Very neat and clean. the facilities provided was very good. The staff were very helpful. the breakfast served was one of the best. They even allowed us to leave our baggage and use their common facilities right after our have a look at as we had an evening flight.

The location was great. Close enough to walk from the train station without getting lost. Once there it was straightforward to walk almost anywhere in Venice, especially interesting areas like Cannaregio and Dorsoduro. Breakfast was basic but good.

Location. The hotel is near the train station as well as the bus station. You will appreciate this as walking in Venice with luggage is quite unpleasant due to the uneven pavement, lots of individuals and stepped bridges each and every now and then.

It was great that they had a 24hour reception, so even though we arrived late at night, we didn&'t have any trouble getting our room. The man at the reception was extremely warm and friendly and welcoming too. The other man in the day was helpful with providing info about Venice. Breakfast was at the restaurant next door, and was easy but sufficient. The room seemed a little dull and old, but it was clean nonetheless.
