Its location away from the principal tourist hordes. Also it is right on a small canal so gondolas pass right by the windows--its superb when the gondoliers are serenading. It is basic to get to in case you catch the right vaporetto as it drops you 150m of level pavement from home. Stunning marble batroom. Extremely secure.

Extremely clean, modern day and in an amazing local little spot and really straightforward to find, really cute! Franco met us when we arrived and was so really very really friendly and helpful! Fantastic spot and I will definitely stay with them again next time, can&'t wait! Suggest to everyone to stay here!

Everything and it was amazing to have a totally stocked cooking area for breakfast, a separate living location and excellent bathroom facility. Franco was really friendly and helpful - he sat down with us when we arrived and suggested places to go eg supermarket, eating places and so on. The hostel was near to the Grand Canal, the train station and water taxis. The beds were really comfortable and also the room was spacious.

The property was totally brilliant value for money and in an excellent location, really near to the key train station. There was another couple staying inside the apartment at the same time, but I never saw them and it felt like we had the place to ourselves! It was cool and calm inside the apartment and was exceptionally clean. Free wireless was fantastic to have for planning days out, and Franco couldn&'t do enough for us! I would suggest it to anyone travelling to Venice on a budget!
