Good location near to the airport, which is what we used it for. But less handy for the city of Venice, as it is a 25min bus ride away. Pretty quiet, rural location, with garden. Room was clean and temperature was fine, but might be different in hot weather. Television in room, although we were too busy to use it, and there was also a working mini-fridge provided. Enjoyable welcome from the owner, who was also helpful despite our late arrival due to flight problems.

Nice view. Breakfast provided in the garden. TV with a lot of channels in the room. Clean bathroom. Comfortable bed.

Quiet out of the bustle of the busy Venice town. Was a fair walk to the Casino bus stop where a bus could possibly be caught to the airport from there another bus into the city. It wasnt complicated; and would be fine for any fit and able body

Great place to stay in, especially the countryside, which I really liked. Straightforward to reach Venice, either by bus from the casino to the airport and from the airport to Venice or directly by a free casino bus, however this bus is rather sporadic.

The owner, Cristina, was very helpful. The price is very exceptional and also the service is according to it. Still, the breakfast was not enough and also too many sweets for morning. A bit faraway from Venice, had to change 2 buses, but it was nonetheless more inexpensive than staying in Venice.
