The owners are very friendly. The B&&B is modern day and very clean. There is certainly a bus stop right in front of the B&&B, but the bus ride to the city centre is quite long. The area surrounding the B&&B is kind of boring.

LOVED this property, would definitely suggest it to other travellers. The family who ran the BB were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with outstanding cooking area facilities and a new bathroom. It was only 15 mins bus ride from the island.

This property is modern, spotlessly clean and from the busyness of Venice. V clean kitchen region and new/modern bathroom (shower only). I would recommend it to individuals who want to stay in Venice but were looking for a less costly option to being and didnt mind being on Venice mainland. Cab from Marco Polo airport was 20 and the bus journey into Venice is 20 mins. frequency every 15mins. The a/c at the b&&b was a godsend right after a hot sweaty day of sightseeing!

Very friendly, comfy, nicely equipped, value for money and �deally located close to a bus stop for getting into and back from venice. The owners couldn&'t have done a lot more for us. They were always on hand if information or help was required. It was exactly as described on their website.
