Location is great. Really easy to reach Venice by train, once the hotel is about 200m from the train station. It takes 10 minutes to get to Venice.

The location was fantastic, with straightforward use of the local bus service. The employees were helpful and I had somewhere to leave my baggage for the day prior to I checked in.

Standard hotel. Finding it was easy, it was clean, had a TV, getting a bus into and back from Venice is really straightforward and cheap.

The location was really near the Mestre train station and it made our travel very handy for us.

It is near to Venezia Mestre station, (it is not Venezia St Lucus), but you can take a train cost abou 2 Euros for each way, takes only like 10 min. If you want to stay in Venezia Island, it is not spot for you, but if you are ok to go there and come back during the night time time, it is not bad. You can leave your baggage at the hotel and jump on train, you are ready to explore. They clean the room every single day, the room was comfy but nice enought, we enjoyed the stay for 3 nights. The airport shuttle service to Venezia Mestre station was 5 Euros one way, only 20 min, I think shuttle service to Venezia island too. I would stay here unless if you really want to stay within the island area.
