Hotel is really quiet. There is certainly a bus stop right in front of the hotel, from which you can go to the center of Venice. There is certainly also a massive marketplace near the Hotel, just in case you need something. Breakfast was good, whit cornflakes and bagels.

It was clean, quiet, and very good value for money. Employees extremely warm and friendly and helpful. Room was small but properly appointed and had a balcony, air-conditioning, TV, Mini-bar - in case you wanted it, lockable cupboard, etc.
