The location is pretty exceptional because it is just 300 m from the train station and maybe 5 min walk to the city centre. I would suggest the hostel primarily because of the price along with the location.

Very nice, welcoming staff. I saw the 4 bed dorm (nice), but I had only upper bed on a bunk bed, so I decided to take the single room (both rates were lower onsite than online, so in case you book directly is much cheaper). Room 430 was very comfortable, warm, clean, quiet, superb night of sleep. With shelf, table with chair, bedside table, bed light, hanger, plenty of sockets. Great bathroom.

Hostel is really close to the train station, and inside the middle of the town. It was pretty clean. Rooms were basic but really functional, no nonsense. Extremely little noises from street even inside the early morning. Secure lockers require a separate mechanical lock; they could be bought downstairs, among soap and other things. Not all of the employees speak English, but those that did, were fluent in it.
