Im back packing for ages so dont expect much from a budget hostel but this spot was a shocker and its the employees that make it worse. only exceptional to come out of it were the other travellers we met

Mami Camilla really does make you feel like family! They were really accommodating along with the boat tour of Capri they advised was really worth the cost. The breakfast was good along with the entire spot seemed homey. The beach, main road, and train station were really close so walking was easy. Sorrento is a cute town and this hostel embodied this environment.

They had a extremely exceptional large breakfast! The largest I&'ve seen at a hostel. Was a buffet with a selection of croissants, exceptional butter and homemade jam and juice, cereal, cheese, ham, salami, tomatoes, bread with grilled cheese, pizza slices, banana yoghurt and strawberry yoghurt. It was all you can eat for 5euros which was extremely exceptional value.

I have been traveling Europe for 6 and a half months and Mami Camilla has well exceeded my expectations. Initially, when I walked inside the hotel my center sank, as I thought perhaps there may have been another decimal onthe price I missed (decorated beautifully) but it turns out its just expectation all value for money. Would I stay here again Definitely.

I booked at Mami Camilla a 10 bed dorm with shared bathroom. Because the hostel was crowded the office girl change me into a 2 bed room with bathroom in, I only have to share it with one girl. I don&'t have to pay a lot more than the rent for the bed in the dorm. Everybody speaks english, less german or french. They provide an incredible breakfast for 5, its delicious. The walking way to the port of sorrento needs rund about 15 min, from there departs the ferry to capri. SITA Bus and Airport direkt Transfer Bus are 10 min to walk.

Rooms were clean and perfectly functional, WiFi was accessible downstairs and location was easily within walking distance of Sorrento. Opting for the 5 Euro breakfast is definitely advised!
