The room was small but with really smart, tasteful, contemporary decor, attractive bathroom and was exceptionally clean. We really feel that The Spot in Rome presents something quite special - it is ideal for those who are willing to pay a little more than standard hostel rates to stay somewhere smarter, but who can&'t afford or don&'t desire to pay hotel prices. We had a really lovely, comfortable stay here and it fitted our budget and requirements perfectly. Family who paid a fortune to stay in an apartment in a trendier region of town were envious of how smart and nice our spot was, simply because theirs was dated and dirty!

Very helpful staff on the reception who gave lots of tips on skipping queues and good items to have a look at in the city. There was free wifi, a good shower, cracking air con and a decent location near Termini station. Can&'t complain at all!

Newly renovated and nicely designed room. Linens, towels and toliettries were provided. Safety box inside the room. Location is superb and also the location as well. Staff were nice and helpful. Wireless worked well during my stay. Service offered by this hotel is completely amazing. Will recommend this to eveybody.

The property itself, typically Italian with shuttered windows; the lovely marble stairs and large doors; the cleanness of the room we were in and also the bathroom. Also the helpful and really warm and friendly staff. It was easy to access all the sites we wanted to visit; and convenient and felt secure for eating places within the evening.

Good location 5 mins from the train station. Reasonable cost with clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was also included (pastry, yogurt and hot drinks). We were able to check-in early even we arrived 2 hours before the usual check-in time. The employees was really passionate about the city and was able to give us fantastic advice.
