I liked the location of the hotel and also the breakfast which was pretty basic but nonetheless giving some energy for the day.

Staff were extremely warm and friendly and helpful despite language difficulties. Rooms were almost hospital-sterile clean, and really spacious. Market 2 min down the road on Ribbibia. Only a 10 min ride from Termini station on one of Rome&'s two metro lines, so really convienient base to explore the eternal city. Lots of security cameras and gates. not sure if that speaks far more about the neighbourhood than the secureness of the facility.

The room was clean and tidy with attached bath n fridge. The hotel safety was great, the primary door was closed all time. you have to ring bell to get inside, it just took 10sec to get inside. The employees was very warm and friendly and helpful, gave us direction and useful info of Rome.

The employees was really friendly and helpful. I booked a dorm room and they use their normal rooms for dorms beds too, as was my case. Room has a fridge and satellite TV. Security was good. There was a huge entrance hall and room with tables (bar area) where one could use their free and reputable and fast WiFi. Overall, I enjoyed it and recommend it.

It&'s a bargain, great value for money, clean and huge rooms, beds done everyday, less than 5 mins walking to a metro station. the employees at the reception was nice and helpful.
