The staff were extremely warm and friendly and extremely helpful, had our 3 days of sightseeing sorted soon after 5 minutes of arriving, was extremely informative and made our trip so much easier!

I really stupidly felt my locker open with all my valuables in and when I came back someone had locked it, and I don&'t know if it was the staff or other individuals staying inside the hostel, but no valuables had been taken. Was near to the train station and quite near to the significant cities attractions

The staff was very helpful, provided us info about getting there around midnight. Also location is very accessible, although not very safe during the night :) No bunk-beds was a plus too.

Everything! Especially the great welcoming and great customer service. One of the really best experiences I had. Everything is a lot more than I expected really! Professional team, friendly, they give you extra things for free like free internet, free breakfast, free towels. Really great encounter

Mabry was incredibly friendly and accommodating when we arrived, late on a Friday night. The facility is very clean, the rooms very secure. As indicated, it is very handy to the Termini train station in Rome.
