Really clean and silent with all the facilities you would need

The building is right at the tram station. The room looks bright and clean though the details of the bathroom are not (the floor). Facilities inside the kitchen is great enough with the microwave, toast, some dishes, cups and the cooker with oven (I didn&'t use this). Nearby the building we can discover a small marketplace and several restaurants, coffee bars. The price must be economic though it&'s a bit faraway from the city center.

Solid spot for the price. You need to use public transportation to get to it, but you need to use public transportation to get around Rome effectively anyway. Buy a pass, they are very much worth it. The guy who checked us in was really nice and helpful. The room was nice as properly as the bed was plenty large. Air cooling is a must right after May and was amazing right after a long day outside.

The AC worked and so did the coffee maker. But everything else wasn&'t even good enough to be considered as &"average&"

Very friendly and nice stuff, they are very nice people. Room was great size and it was fantastic to have a balcony and lovely fresh coffee express maker - that was definitely brilliant for me. Location is not too bad although it takes 30 min to Termini Station from exactly where u need bus or tube to principal traveler attraction - which are actually close by. Its definitely very save and secure apartment, we had keys to our rooms and that was all great. It was also very handy to be able to book a transport from as nicely as the airport.
