It is a lovely apartment with really very good location (close to Teatro Massimo). It consists of a large living-dining-kitchen location (well equipped kitchen), small bathroom and mezzanine floor bedroom (quite steep stairs up, but I have stayed in places with steeper ones! ). We arrived in Palermo at 11h00, which is earlier than the check-in time, but when I phoned the owner, she immediately sent someone to the apartment to give us the keys. He was really kind and gave us a map and information about Palermo. It is a really very good option for budget travelers. An added bonus is that having a kitchen enables you to prepare (some of) your own meals.

The location was great, right inside the center of the eateries! There is certainly a nice cooking area and it was a generally comfortable space to stay at.

Very authentic wiev into the life and living style of the inhabitants of Palermo - even too authentic! The flat is quite cold even in the hot days and also dark due to the fact, that it is situated in tight streeet on the ground floor. This is also the reason why it is quite moistly there. But if the future visitors take this into account they will be very warm and friendly served by the proprietor Erminia and completely involved into the night life in the old great streets in the centre of Palermom as well.
