Being on the Corso Cavour made getting to the key attractions straightforward and fast. It was great to be on that main avenue through Orvieto, but far enough from the Catedrale and Piazza della Reppublica to avoid most of the noise of foot-traffic. The breakfast was great, the individually made cappuccinos delicious, along with the employees willing to help you with anything you need, be it getting baggage into your room or reservations made for dinner at favorite restaurants.

Very nice hotel, a little pricey but it&'s in a great location. We enjoyed our stay although, we thought that reception was 24hrs, but apparently it&'s not. We had to leave at 6am to catch a train and there was no one at reception when we went to check out. We ended up waking the owner who was not at all impressed with us. He was quite angry even though we were never informed at time of check -in of when we could and could not check out.
