This was the highlight of our European holiday! Couldn&'t have asked for a much better location or friendly attentive staff. The breakfasts which were different each morning were lovingly cooked by Sabrina. They even picked us up at the train station. Amazing.

We stayed in room 23 - a quaint apartment with a kitchen. It was nicely furnished, with a welcoming decor. It was a great location. Although the town has restricted driving access, this spot was easy to get to, using the elevator from the indoor parkade. We were right on the edge of the wall with an amazing view! It was easy to get back during the day, in among sight seeing. It gave us a taste of living in a small middle age town. Sabrina and her family were warm and welcoming! The breakfast was fabulous! This was our first experience with a b&&&b and we will definitely do this again. Orvieto is a must-see destination and villa ripa Medici is the spot to stay!

Like being in a fairytale. The furnishings, including a four poster bed and a most ideal view of Tuscan country side. Breakfast in an Italian household house was also a pretty experience. Loved it all

This property is in a stunning location and is really quiet. It was everything and much more of what we expected. Our hostess, Sabrina, is a fantastic hostess, nothing was too much trouble, and she is the most fantastic cook. Her breakfast would set you up for the day. We would highly suggest this property.

We loved the location, even though it&'s on the edge of town. The room has such a lovely view to wake up to in the morning. The owner is friendly and welcoming. And also the region is so cute and quaint!
