The employees was extremely helpful, humorous, and confident. The room are large and clean. The bathroom was clean. They served a continental breakfast that was included. The location was within 3-5 mins from the train station. Overall, a terrific spot to stay.

Great hotel. Extremely friendly staff (man at reception even took my bags upstairs for me), 5min wall from the central station. Breakfast was great and great value for money.

The location was fabulous! It was just 5-10 minutes walk from the primary train station and was a life saver especially for one who has 2 huge cumbersome luggages to lug around. This hotel is a small place and thus service was prompt and staff were helpful and willing to cater to any needs. Breakfast, though simple, was great and i loved the fact that the staff went the extra mile by actually approaching me and asked how would i like my coffee done. (:

The location near Centrale Stazione was excellent for the metro along with the bus to/from the airport. The hotel is clean along with the shower was brilliant. The staff made us feel most welcome and Salvatore makes fantastic cappuccino (the best we tasted all weekend).
