Its a nice hotel to stay however I have heard negative things about the hostel section. It is the cheapest place to stay in Milan. It&'s half an hour to the centre. It was a pleasant stay

The staff, altough disorganised, are friendly and helpful. The beds also seem clean in the dorm I stayed and are also quite comfortable.

Staff was really helpful but badly organized. We waited for preparing our room and beds till 11 pm! Generally location for that money is ok.
