Facilities and availability is good. Info binder is very useful for travellers staying at B&&B Elicrim. We were fortunate enough to attend a local festival the day the Italians beat the Brits inside the quarterfinals (Euro 2012) as nicely as the setting was through the roof.

The mother of the property owner was very nice and helpful. room was a little dated but really comfortable. nice touch of television and dvds for some house comforts.

It's a great place. owners are kind and always ready to help. train station is at the end of the road. connection to 5 terre are quick and frequent. absolutelly recommended

Near the train station S. Stefano di Magra and a shopping center with large Grocery. Basic walk from station to property. Individual rooms with key for safe storage. Room was cleaned daily with nobody harassing to leave at anytime. Arrived late into town and was able to arrange a pickup for nearly half as low-cost with the owners.
