Amazing value for money! Whole apartment for 3 of us at hostel dorm prices, fantastic pool aswell. Located on a hill overlooking a beautiful bay. Little bit of a walk up the hill but worth it for the view! the town nearby is quite pricey but minimarts nearby with all you need and have own cooking area to Prepare food and balcony to sit and eat/drink. Very noiseless and relaxing. Amazing host Sabina who even cooked us a yummy Italian meal when we arrived as we were hungry all for free! Lovely lady :)

I liked pretty much everything, the spot (Sant&'angelo) was wonderful, very comfortable apartment, with a private terrace. Being within the pool you felt like you were in a 5 stars hotel with the thermal water and that remarkable view. Sabrina, the owner was very nice, always smiling and pleased to give directions or any other kind of help. I really suggest it!

Monte Zunta is a beautiful spot to stay. Sabina was so helpful and warm and friendly and made us really feel really welcome. The apartment was large, beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. We even had a lot of outside space to ourselves with table and chairs to drink wine and watch the sunset! It felt like a relaxing oasis of calm! Simply because the hotel is up the hill, the scenery of Sant&' Angelo are amazing. Nearby is a small shop with everything you need including some really excellent quality fruit, hams, cheeses, wines, etc. And don&'t let the fact it is uphill put you off- There are two routes to walk to the hotel, one by steps and one by a longer but gentler slope. We found the walk basic enough and it pleasantly winds through small lanes in between exciting buildings and views. Also, for a few Euros per person you can get a local &'electric golf-car buggy&' taxi cab to whizz you up to your door from the beach! Fantastic fun! Finally (and we didn&'t realise this until we arrived) but the water in the pool is exactly the same thermal water as the various (sometimes pricey! ) spas in the location that people come to Ischia for. So included in the already reasonable cost for the accommodation, we had unlimited access to this natural thermal pool! And really relaxing it was too! We would strongly recommend Monte Zunta if you are going to Ischia, and we would definitely stay there again if we went back to the Island!
