Great location, near to the Principe Train Station, and in an avenue "safe" considering the narrow streets near to the old historic center.

The staff went way above and beyond to accomidate me. i had to leave my bicycle there while i went and visited cinqu terre. they stored it for me free of charge. as i was traveling by myself, the owner even tried to get a date for me! all of the staff were extremely happy and joking around. definetely stay there again if im back in genoa.

Breakfast (even though you have to pay for it). Staff. Nice and spacious rooms. A computer with no cost web in the breakfast room. Close to primary train station.

Friendy staff. Nice location, near the Central Station along with the city center. Nice breakfast and free internet.

Single room. At first I thought it was quite small, but then again, it suited my needs, and didn't have any problems with it. Internet is advertised, and despite it being easy to do better, remains only as a guest computer, and ONE ethernet cable for laptop users. That annoyed me. As there is a constant wait of people all evening for the net. Location is SUPER, however there seem to be heaps of hotels in this same street, straight out from the Genova Nuova station. So if you're tempted to take a risk, you could probably find accom off the street. One of the staff wasn't great with directions/helpfulness, but the older guy was much better. Doors require buzzing in, which feels like boarding school, but there is a lift (albeit old). AIRCONDITIONING was a lifesaver! Middle of summer, and I slept like a baby. Probably justifies the rest.

This property is very near to one of the main train stations and to the airport bus. The employees were very warm and friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was good.
