The attendant was nice enough to wait for us, right after our flight was delayed several hours, past his original closing time once I called and notified him of our situation. The overall property was straightforward enough to get to and inside walking distance to the train station.

Great location, no cost wifi, heaters in winter. Not too numerous stairs to climb as on the first floor and relatively basic to discover (I believe other places can be harder to discover and higher.

They stayed there after their usual time because i was arriving late. everything that I needed was there - and some I didn&'t need. They spoke great English (sorry! ) and were helpful with my questions.

The staff is friendly. Good location near Firenze SMN station. Spacious room and daily cleaning. WIfi not just in public region but also inside the room. Despite a late check-in, we were offered the alternative to do self check-in.
