The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The interior design is awesome! Wi-fi work properly everywhere, extremely clean and calm. Location is not faraway from the city center. Definately recommend this spot for staying in Florence.

Charming place and great staff. Some of them did not speak English but we found means to communicate. Lovely place, beautiful room and breakfast inside the terrace.

Not far from The centre, Nice rooms and fantastic breakfast included! Would recomend it in case you are in need if a nice quite Location to sleep!

We ended up switching our hostel plans the day-of and they were EXTREMELY accommodating (switched from another hostel to theirs). The staff was nice (some speak english, others not so much). They also had tour info (went on a day-tour out to Tuscany and Pisa) as well as gave us a map and showed us exactly where the large places were to go. The bus schedule/numbers we should take were also noted *VERY helpful! (bus stop is just a block away).
