The lady who is running this spot is simply amazing, adorable! she is cleaning everyday, helping visitors and she is offering everybody coffee inside the morning even if she doesn&'t have to. I heard her speaking 4 languages with different people, so that is impressive. the rooms are big, clean, comfy, bath rooms inside, amazing.

This place was PERFECT for our stay in Florence. Wonderful location right inside center of the city, you are given a key to come and go as you please. The hostess is a complete joy- extremely helpful, accommodating and hospitable. I didn&'t bring a hairdryer or washing clips and Giovanna let me use her own. loved her! We felt right at home here- definitely much more of an apartment really feel than a hostel. Our room was extremely spacious with a large window and a lot of light. Shared bathroom was never a problem- it was often available. Wifi offered for 1 euro/day which was great.

The location is excellent, really near to the principal train station and also the town centre, but not too noisy. My room was clean and reasonably comfortable for the price.

Good location, the room was clean and neat. The property owner was really kind and helpfull. Wireless - 1euro/day, connection fast and stable. I would recommend this place.

The owner was extremely nice. She kept the rooms and bathroom extremely clean. I liked her hospitality. Also, the location was great! Near to the Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station and near to several attractions.

The location is prefect - just 10 minutes from Duomo. It is really clean, you have your own keys and its owner - she was very kind and helpful.

Such a fabulous host and so helpful! I can not fault the place in any way: Even though there was only one bathroom there was never any problem. I would recommend this place to anyone
