The room was huge, the bed was huge, view of the duomo from the balcony. Had a shared bathroom, but private sink, mirror, desk, extra chair. The room was really cute as well-so exceptional for the money we paid.

I only stayed over night in between train trips. The rooms was neat and clean. Although I was late to check inside the employees were extremely helpful over the phone! The other visitors were extremely friendly, so the setting was nice. I will certainly stay there again, when I have far more time in Firenze.

Good and beautiful location Room for triple is extremely nice and large with kitchen and private bathroom. We enjoy this room so much.

Clean and fuss free. The owners were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Fantastic location! Brief walking distance to a lot of attractions. A lot of food around the area.

There is hot shower and a kitchen. However, we need to throw our own rubbish and if we dont keep it clean, we need to pay additional 100 euros!

Pleasant and kind staff; they are really helpful and warm and friendly as well. The reception hours are really limited, so a little coordination may be necessary. However, most things are labeled or there are instructions all around the location to guide and help you, and there is really little confusion. The rooms/bathrooms are cleaned daily and nicely stocked. Location is great; really close to the Firenze Santa Maria Novella as nicely as the central market.

It&'s clean, secured, superb to stay. Wifi connection at your bed. Though the checkin time is 8:00 - 13:00 hrs, staff sent me with the door codes to open the door through mail. There is certainly cooking area and freedge, so you can cook your food.

Good location (5 minutes to station, duomo and very good restaurants in area). Clean. The one member of employees we dealt with was accommodating and offered (during restricted reception hours). One computer in common region free of charge and towels free of charge. Sink and mirror inside the rooms. Wireless worked from our room but we were right near to the common area.
