The guy at the front desk did seem to be trying to help us when necessary, and i could tell it was really safe here in terms of not letting outside people in. one night one of the girls we&'re pals with who was staying 2 floors below came up to our room to use our shower and i guess the people at the front desk somehow knew there was more than 4 people in a 4 person room and so they actually came up to see who she was and to create sure she was staying here because outside people are not allowed, which is really comforting to hear as a female who travels. the room also seemed pretty clean, we needless to say checked for bed bugs and thankfully saw none and the sheets seemed clean enough as well. my room did not have AC which was rough being on the top floor in 96 degree weather, but my pals downstairs did. also, the location is perfecttt! despite the negative points about this hostel, its location made it worth it

Excelente lugar, servicios y los chicos que estan encargados de primera. Una risa. La verdad me senti como en mi casa. 100% recomendable. Ademas la ubicaci&on fenomenal. En pleno barrio historico de Firenze. A dos pasos del ponte vecchio. De la catedral del Duomo. De la estacion de tren SMNovella. Todo. Genial.

The staff were very warm and friendly and there was a lot of chances to meet people. The spot was clean, although one of the shower needs fixing.

Eurostudent house was fantastic. The best location to stay in Florence, and this was made probable by the staff. They were welcoming, helpful, and very effortless to get along with. David and the team were the very best hosts I could have asked for. They even held a free sangria party on Friday and Saturday nights. David was also kind enough to take us to some bars and clubs- we had a lot of fun! Overall, I loved this hostel. It is in the very best location, and the location it clean and tidy- very secure also. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable! I would 100% recommend this place.

You can get to the hostal wallking from the train station, Good For small period of time. near al the areas of intrest along with the employees was verry helpful

The men running this property were completely charming. They were so helpful and clearly enjoyed having company; in short they made excellent hosts. IN the morning, they would come around with a tray of tiny cups of coffee, when you were nonetheless in bed, and quite frankly I am not a morning person, and as for the evenings, they would organise sangria evenings or invite you to have a glass of wine, and there was pasta on provide too. A really welcoming team.
