The employees are brilliant and really friendly. There was a fantastic atmosphere and free food and wine each and every evening. The beds are great, no bunkbeds!

The employees was really warm and friendly and helpful, the no cost aperitivo (wine and snack) that they organised each night brought guests to the rooftop and it was effortless to become familiar with other people. The hostel was really clean, everyone got their own flashlight, there was no cost luggage storage, felt really secure and nice. Location is totally the finest in Florence and breakfast was pretty great as well, especially liked the fruit salad. Definitely the finest hostel I&'ve been to, felt like home and I would like to go back :) Thanks for an awesome stay!

I liked the location, cleanliness and safety at this hostel. A buzzer entry system is great. The location was excellent and i could walk everywhere easily. Beds were clean and comfortable with clean bed linen and towels provided for free. There were computers provided for guests which was really great too. They also had insect spray and ear plugs free at reception too which was great.

The facilities here are fantastic - they supply no cost towels, a no cost evening drink with nibbles and safe lockers and so on and the bathrooms and areas are really clean ad fresh looking. the location is also brilliant.

The semi-privacy of each bed inside the dorm rooms was nice, and the helpfulness of the staff. also fruit. location was ridiculous.
