It was in a great location, right next to the Palazzo dei Diamanti. It was pretty clean. The employees were nice and helpful (perhaps only in case you speak Italian however).

I like the location, it&'s simply 10 minute walk from the historical center and 25 minute walk from the railway station. The net service is given as each wi-fi and PCs. Linen price has been included with bonus as breakfast. No frills on the bills.

Location, kind staff, you can rent a bicycle there, even bathroom for people with a disabilities, tasty breakfast. the only one hostel in Ferrara.

Nice large room with large windows. Fan worked fine. Good location near the center and also not far from the trainstation.
