Easily the very best hostel i&'ve stayed at in Italy. There was a very good, free of charge breakfast each and every morning, friendly service, nice dormitories, very great atmosphere. I especially liked the interior design and furniture of the commons room, and the outside patio area. It is in a great location in Old Town, very scenic. There is certainly a large, clean cooking area that you can use to cook (a rarity in Italian hostels, from my experience). Great showers, clean bathrooms. The internet was always running great and fast (also a rarity in Italy, from my experience). Free city maps and traveller information/suggestions. Extremely great hostel, I got so much much more than most other hostels in Italy, for a less expensive price!

It was in a cosy old building, I liked it extremely much. The employees was extremely helpful, everithing was clean. Breakfast was included in the price.

Beautiful decor, clean rooms, super friendly staff. Actually pretty easy to find in a crazy town of unlabled stairways. Look for the wooden placard with engraved lettering. Great breakfast, close to markets. wonderful place to stay. Met a fellow traveler from our home town in the lobby area who was so relieved to hear us speaking his language that he asked us out to dinner and he ended up paying (thank Travis! ). The wall murals and furniture are spectacular, and the kitchen is Julia Child's (and Ruby's) dream come true.

- Hostelbetreiber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit- Das Hostel liegt in einer guten Ausgangslage zu Sizilien oder auf den Weg nach Neapel oder Rom- Es gab eine grose Kuche- Es war sicher- Fruhstuck war inklusive (kein groses - 1 Croissant, Milch, Kaffee, Tee)

A gorgeous spot to stay with a lot of character and very, very warm and friendly and helpful staff. They helped us with everything, including the directions to the fantastic pizzeria just 5-10 minutes away. The rooms were gorgeous and it was very comfortable.

The building has a lot of character. The staff are genuinely concerned about the safety of its visitors and their property. The staff also helped me locate everything I needed to including transportation routes during the numerous shopperos (strikes) that Italy tends to go through.
