Good location but the guy who was at the reception was not helpfull at ALL, and he was not nice either. he actually started knocking on our door 20 min prior to have a look at time so we would hurry up.

Nice, clean hotel with GREAT a/c. However was run by a senior Italian gentleman who spoke little to no English, was not overly friendly and did not seem to be much interested in offering us any guidance for Catania. Maybe if we were female and spoke some Italian. but that's Italy!

Very friendly and helpful - though only Italian speaking - stuff. Beautifully situated in an old palazzo, nice rooms with comfy beds. Parking is available, but it's street parking - though possible to find spaces.
