To sit down to breakfast on an open terrace overlooking the Magna valley is to enjoy one of life's great pleasures. The family run restaurant is another plus. Initially to thought I had made a, mistake by booking this hotel as it is some 25 kilometres from Bergamo which was our original centre of thought. This has to rate as the mistake I ever made. Peace and quiet, plenty of wandering and a haven of friendliness. Brian Wright

It was my partner's birthday, and while we were out they put a bottle of spumanti on ice in our bedroom with a note to wish him happy birthday! This genorisity and good nature blessed our whole stay, I have never felt so well looked after in a hotel - it was bliss.

Room was excellent - spotless, fantastic view, large bathroom - and staff very warm and friendly and helpful. Food was very good, breakfast brilliant. Lovely location to which we will return.

Location easy-remote w/ killer views; great staff; great food @ family inn (we were in end of season so in-house facilities were inop. . who cares) w/i a walk; accoms great; fanily helpful to the maxeasily stay there, and only there, again. .
