The hostel has a very good location near the Central station. The spot is clean and extremely comfortable. Marta is great, very useful and nice.

The Host/property owner is a warm welcoming and nice lady. You can arrange for your pick up from the airport which is a handy and very good option. The place is clean and tidy and cozy. Breakfast is included. You can take trains for Milan Centrale from Bergamo station, as the station is about 15-20 min really close to the hostel.

We liked everything, really nice room with a typical little Italien patio, homely atmosphere, fantastic helpful staff, Marta provided all of the informations we needed about Bergamo. We wanted a little hostel with calm environment and a excellent place to sleep and this was it. Thanks a lot Marta for our fantastic stay! Definitely recommend!

Room was clean, our breakfast was ready just before we wake up :) Location is good. There is a market, chinese restaurant closer. You can reach to city center by 10-15 minute walking. Marta, she was georgous! She helps a lot!

Although the facade may not be what expected, once you meet the property owner and shown to your room your spirits will be lifted. Marta is a genuine person, goes out of her way to help. We had no cost access to the kitchen including facilities to make tea or coffee or cook if we wanted at any time of day or night for that matter. The train and bus station are only about 5-10 minutes walk away. All kinds of stores surround the area. If I was to return to Bergamo I will return to Fragolino Hostel. Everything was nice and clean, plain and straightforward and no hassle, What a lot more do you need For straightforward folks like me it was very very satisfactory, it is not the Hilton or the Ritz or a delux at Qatar.

Liked everything about the fragolino hostel really. we stayed here right after a couple of days in torino watching the well known glasgow celtic. our host marta was a brilliant host aswell

The property has a lot of amenities: huge TV&'s, kitchen, small porch inside the room we stayed. The facilities are really clean along with the bed is comfortable. It is a brief walk from the train station.

The lady who owns it is the sweetest lady! My friend and I came in pretty late and left pretty early to catch a flight and she was very accommodating. She made us tea upon arrival, showed us how everything worked, and took out breakfast for us inside the morning. There is certainly American, Italian, Spanish and possibly more languages obtainable on the TVs in each room with movies in these languages (all for no cost too). The greatest location to escape to!
