The household who run this spot are really lovely. They spoke to us for a long time about the region and the history of the West Bank. There was also lots of fun travellers inside the same hostel. We also booked to stay on the rooftop but it was snowing that week - they set us up in a room on the ground floor and it was perfect. We stayed around Christmas time and the household really helped us out with the Timetable for events and what was worthwhile to see

Friendly staff, a lot more or less great location. We were lucky and nobody else was staying in hostel beside us, so we had whole dormitory for ourselfs.

I had an extremely nice stay at Home of Peace and I definitely would recommend it to everyone! The hostel is near to everything and even though It is economic, it presents rooms and facilities in high standard. A lot more importantly is the friendly atmosphere created by the employees at the hostel which gives you a feeling of being home. I would recommend Home of Peace to any one looking for the ideal hostel encounter which I had here in terms of good standard along with the very best welcoming and friendly employees in their professional way of making the guest really feel at home. This was a ideal stay!

House of Peace is definitely an outstanding choice for travellers looking to get the most for their money. I chose the dorm, and for 12 dollars a night I couldn&'t have asked for more. The beds were clean and in very good order, the location was clean, the shower, bathroom, and kitchen were all nicely kept up, and the location is outstanding for anyone looking to spend time in Bethlehem&'s old city or the surrounding area. The proprietor, Paul, even helped me draw directions on my map to numerous locations. I would highly suggest Home of Peace to anyone travelling through the area.

The owners are a sweet old couple very helpful. The room was quiet huge with comfy beds. We had bathroom and cooking area for ourselves cause nobody else was in our floor. The son of the couple showed us the church of nativity and other parts of the city as a private guide but without paying him anything. Breakfast was also very outstanding with variety
