Staff were friendliest employees I&'ve met. Very welcoming full of conversation excellent staff. Facilities were fantastic web sitting room tea and coffee on display. Breakfast was gorgeous. They really made the effort which never happens as I am a young girl. Excellent would be my spot to stay over any hotel if staying in waterford again.

The staff was really nice, and you get a no cost locker to put your stuff in. A extremely cozy hostel, noiseless and away from the city sounds, not like Waterford is extremely loud anyways.
