Great location, clean and comfortable beds, helpful staff. There were lots of helpful leaflets provided with an incredible no cost walking tour of Dublin! We did pay for a private room (which had towels already inside the room) but got charged for towel hire due to employees not knowing if towels were provided but that&'s the only negative! We WILL be back ;)

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful on arrival. The rooms were cozy and we were really impressed with the facilities. particularly the ping pong table and also the included breakfast.
