It is really a hotel with a grand view of the bay. In case you are interested in a palce that is certainly outside city centre by outside I mean a ten minute trolley/subway ride then this is your spot. They have a bar with lovely staff. The breakfast was not included but a conventional Irish breakfast for 8 euros. The staff are friendly and its easy to walk everywhere here. You are a five minute walk to the dart. In case you go into the city centre and you miss that last dart house at night (23:00) then its a 35 euro cab ride home. Ouch. But this ace is lvoely and also the staff are flexible. I extended my stay from 2 nights to 5.
