Very remote. On a a working farm. Loved the Ivy clad house. Farmer owner is nery nice. Loves to have a chat. Listowel is a pretty town.

Billeragh home is a stunning old lodge build in 18 century so it&'s full of character. It&'s really noiseless so we enjoyed a very good sleep in and woke up to birds singing. We stayed over the bank holiday weekend and there was only one other couple. The owner came to say hi in the evening and was really warm and friendly to us. We had a outstanding time and it was really very good value as well.

While faraway from town, gorgeous and tranquil area. The employees was really warm and friendly and extremely helpful. The property owner drove all the way to Limerick (over an hour away) to retrieve my suitcase one night soon after I&'d accidentally left it on the bus. Other than that, really clean room, excellent kitchen and exceptional value.
