I arrived at this guesthouse to find they were full and that was staying in their other hotel, Duta guesthouse which is on the next road. Not a key issue just a bit annoying, however the location had a nice character, the pool area was a nice feature too. Great location but a bit of a trek from the Malioboro area so probably really best to get a ride. Staff really friendly. Banana pancakes for breakfast was also a plus!

Excellent value for money. Quaint rooms around a pool with friendly service. Nice extras like free water daily and free daily afternoon tea and cake. They can arrange tours and onward travel. One street away from a fantastic selection of travellers cafes and restaurants. Would certainly recommend and would be our first choice again when in Yogya.

Great location in Prawirotaman. Nice outdoor breakfast area, free computer/wifi to use, clean swimming pool. You can book tours from the front desk--we did one to Borobadur that was really affordable.

Semi resort style guesthouse, small terrace with javanese style chair, warm atmosphere, nice garden and pool. really exceptional exterior. You get afternoon tea time and snack each afternoon you standby. Clean bathroom, but the pillows are too thin :p really good air con, they change your towel and make up room everyday. We were satisfied to stay at delta. Small guesthouse with really good service. Suggest these guesthouse coz it&'s really valuable price, two thumbs.

The setting around a small pool, in a garden was really attractive. Each room had a small region outside exactly where you could sit, which was a plus. Beds were comfortable. Afternoon was served - a cuppa and a biscuit. Sweet!

Complimentary snack and drink on arrival plus afternoon tea and cake often appreciated. Stunning pool, no cost internet, safety deposit boxes, good place for restaurants. Nice n clean. organised tours.
