Lovely location on the top of a hill, from the noises and bussle of Udaipur. The Nepalese employees are really nice, warm and friendly and extremely helpful in sorting out taxis, walks, information, etc. The place is lovely, with breakfast on the terrace and dinner on one huge table so conversation with other visitors flowed easily. The Monsoon Suite was a lovely huge space. Fantastic to wake up, open the curtains and have a wonderful view from the bed. Take a guide from the guest home and go for a local walk. Lovely!

Piers and his extended household members made us really feel very welcome. Loved the pool, the rooms as well as the great meals. Loved trekking around the local villages and horse riding through the countryside.

Amazing place, really friendly staff, fantastic location away from busy city. Piers - the property owner was really helpful in organising trips and our stay, we felt really like in home. I would reccomend this accomodation to everyone who desire to rest from hectic Indian cities and enjoy stunning landsape around the ridge.

Wonderful position with mountain scenery and effortless access to Udaipur. Piers, the owner, takes his role as host extremely seriously and sorted everything out for us. Our room was magnificent with spectacular scenery from the balcony. The employees were all extremely warm and friendly and capable. as well as the food was magnificent. I really did not wish to leave!

The whole experience at Mountain Ridge was tremendous. The Nepalese staff couldn't be more friendly or helpful and produced excellent food (probably the best we found in our travels in India). The accommodation was clean and spacious, with great views over the valley from the balconies of the rooms. We really do recommend staying here without any hesitation.
