Our room was great. It was clean and spacious. Each room has its own water heater so warm water is often accessible (except during the fairly frequent power cuts in town). The location was fantastic. It was right close to the river and near to plenty of good eating places and ashrams.

The location is remarkable - it&'s right near the principal bridge in Rishikesh and inside the heart of the city. Employees are warm and friendly and were able to change our dates at the last minute to accommodate us.

Location was excellent once you get there. The rickshaw drivers can only take you a 15 min walk downhill on the way there or uphill on the way back. Provided towels.

Great location near thirteen storey temple on other side of Laxman Jula Bridge, quiet clean rooms and friendly staff. Staff let us take our buckets and paint to the rooftop area to join in Holi festivities which was great fun. Hot water and tv's in rooms.
