We had difficulty locating the property and the employees went out of their way to assist us. Very quickly they new our names and had a polite, professional, but peaceful demeanor throughout our stay.

Room was extremely clean by India standards and staff was extremely helpful. I think it is extremely good value for money as aircon in my room was good && quiet.

Fantastic throughout - could not recommend this spot extremely enough. Was the first spot I cam to India in a 1 month + travel across the country and was probably my favourite. Returned at the end of the trip too. Rooms were clean and secure and near lots of exciting points going on. I had my mobile phone stolen on the metro (away from the hotel) along with the hotel staff could not have been much more helpful in helping me out.

Near everything but tucked out of the way and therfore quiet. Very clean - very rare in India. The dear man at the front desk, Alem, is a gem. He is there when I get up within the morning and also late at night, yet he is always very gracious and a pleasure to be around. It feels like he&'s an owner of the business.

Central location with lots of shops and eateries nearby. The staff was exceptional at helping me locate my bearings within the city. There was very exceptional and filling breakfast within the morning. I could book all my train tickets at the travel desk at government rates. WiFi was the most effective I have seen in India. I would highly recommend

It&'s basic but ok for backpacking, I was there with myself and young daughter, I didn&'t really feel I unsafe but the marketplace place was busy and my daughter was getting a bit too much attention at times, guess it&'s a culture thing. The hotel employees were brilliant and room was easy but clean

The staff were really nice!, helpful. I arrived really early to Delhi and they give right away the room so i didn&t need to wait until the check in time. Also my flight was really late and I already did the have a look at and also the staff gave me a room without charge to wait until the airport transfer pick me up.
