The Jyoti Mahal Hotel is a beautiful place, which has a very outstanding character, very nice roof top which also delivers outstanding food, quite clean, no cost use of internet. The only thing which is a bit on the down side in my opinion is the location of the hotel. It&'s near to Paranganj district, that&'s ok. But pay attention if you&'re going back to the hotel late inside the evening esecially after midnight as you have to go through quite a dull street to reach it which is definitely not the safest out there. Unfortuntaley, I had a bad expertise a few metres away from the Hotel&'s doorsteps on my second night there, where three guys approached me and tried to steal my photo camera from my hands. Luckily for me they didn&'t manage. Otherwise, it&'s quite a outstanding hotel.

Really nice! Well maintained and clean! Perhaps conditioners are a bit noisy, but inside the end we sleep without, it was not so bad! Roof rooftop is magnificent. . the restaurant is great and with beer cold: the TOP!

The hotel does have a certain antiquated charm about it and also the rooftop is a nice spot to relax for an hour following braving the Principal Bazaar. Also, the no cost airport transfer was a welcome aspect of our stay.

Very nice and helpful stuff on desk. Also the cooking area is extremely good. But, every place are extremely dirty. The rooms are not clean. We have had extremely bad insects on room. As well as the stuff at rooftoprestaurant are not helpful and not busy.

There are different types of rooms and we got a bad surprise for the first night. We were almost certainly the first individuals to book a room for this period (4 months in advance) and got the worst one : overlooking the dirty road, really old && noisy AC, no paper in the toilet. As we arrived late, the hotel was full && we asked to change room for the following night which they did && they even gave us the very best room to create up for the first night. in fact there are at least three types of rooms :- bad (the one we got the first night) : overlooking the dirty road, small, old && noisy AC - normal room (the one our children got ) : with central AC- deluxe rooms (the one we got the second night ) which is shown on the photo) : really big, nice furniture && central ACSo it is neither fair nor honest to give a bad room for the price of a very good one. To avoid problems to next customers could you ask them to precise on the terms && conditions they supply a room with centralized AC so individuals are guaranteed to get one thing OK
