This hotel is in oldest most exciting atmospheric Kolkata. Photo chances surround you. Pure Vegetarian. Restaurant excellent. 24 hour room service. Room cleaned each and every day with fresh sheets and towels. Great low-cost laundry washing service. Security at front door. CCTV and staff on each and every floor. Very safe and secure. Not faraway from Howrah Bridge and Mahatma Ghandi Metro station. No hassle. Great value for Kolkata.

Staff were really helpful, and I felt safe && secure there. Hot shower! Daily newspaper was a nice added touch, and having TV in room. A excellent location if you don&'t wish to be within the thick of items and experience Kolkata local life, near to Howrah Bridge and only a 10 minute walk to the Central Metro station. The restaurant nearby is handy, serving decent meals - and also they do room service.

Central location, walkable to Howah train station (~20mins), quite secure and secure. Extremely decent restaurant next door.

WiFi not inside the rooms, you have to register and pay. Cleaniness is different - definitly dont look under the bed covers, they havent been changed in years. Hot water is something different. Its really really load, walls are thin. Employees is coming around often even when not asked to. Employees is also not really helpful when u need things, like supermarket or pharmacy on a sunday - the just tell u everything is closed. Wouldnt stay there again, just needed a spot to crash spontaneusly. ,

Very safe hostel, and good price for the value of the room - I had a fan, tv, hot water, a western toilet, a bed, and a couch and a table. The noise is all night long, but the location is a bit north of city central, so it's all good.

Location near Bara Bazaar and only 2 blocks from Metro line. This is extremely much a middle-class Indian hotel, not a hostel for Western backpackers. The area, is also extremely much a marketplace place place for Indian people, not a tourist area. Extremely great opportunity to see several aspects of real Kolkata life.

It was clean and cheap. Staff were efficient but reserved. It was strictly no alcohol as properly as the restaurant was vegetarian.
